Probiotics — Are you using them? BRAIN Key

As I have mentioned before, figuring out the connection between the gut and brain is very essential.  The Brain Maker book is a fantastic resource to understand how important it is to manage our gut bacteria and build the good flora.  There is a very direct correlation between depression and anxiety and gut flora.
