It Bears Repeating…Part 2

Tomorrow is Thanksgiving.  It can be difficult to find something to be thankful for when in the hole of depression and anxiety.

A key to getting through the deeply discouraging and sometimes debilitating illness you may be experiencing is to express.  Yesterday I invited you to get out some junk.  Today I invite you to fill in the holes left by yesterday’s writing with a list of 10 things you are grateful for.  Spend 3 minutes or less and post it on your bathroom mirror.

The attached song is a great way to get in the mood.  Try it.
