FIGHT or FLIGHT, part 2: Anxiety and the Brain

What is a stress in your life?  What does it feel like?  What does it sound like?  How does it act?Where do you feel it?  On a scale of 1-10, how intense is this stress?  

The human body is composed of meridians where energy flows.  One way to calm anxiety and stress is through emotional freedom technique.  It stimulates different energy meridian points and, in essence, opens the meridians which allows for new programming to enter the subconscious mind.
